A saúde das finanças de Portugal está pelos ajustes, e como se sabe não é de agora.
As razões da debilidade da economia portuguesa estão escritas na recente história do pais: a criação de empresas iniciada com a nossa entrada na UE, foi impulsionada com crédito vindo dos países mais ricos da UE; eram os "fundos perdidos"!
Foi um arraial para as micro-empresas de serviços localizadas em Lisboa e que serviram de intermediárias nesse processo de criação de milhares de PMEs, ganhando elas próprias uma valente comissão daquilo que canalizavam para Portugal.
Não nos esqueçamos que nessa altura havia uma grande ignorância por parte de quase todos nós sobre como se poderia aceder aos ditos "fundos comunitários" e foi aí que surgiram por toda a parte uma data de bandidos de fato e gravata, que "ajudavam" todos os que quisessem aceder aos ditos fundos.
Deviam ser esses que a meu ver deviam estar hoje em dia a responder em tribunal pelo enorme crime que cometeram. Mas não só.
Vejamos quem eram esses alegres yuppies que davam a Portugal um tom alaranjado e cheio de rosas promissoras. Primeiro: a partir do poder central, eram conhecidas as primeiras linhas do QCA (Quadro comunitário de apoios) - logo aí os primeiros a beneficiar foram os filhos e enteados dos deputados da AR. Criavam-se os primeiros tronos em Lisboa. Era institutos da Juventude, era fundações para a cultura para o turismo e para o desporto, eram Quercus,
